This one was a full exterior clean - siding, concrete, the whole deal. Short Pump homes deal with a lot of biological buildup. Algae, mold, and general grime work their way into every horizontal lap of siding over time, and it happens slowly enough that most homeowners don't notice until the contrast is impossible to ignore.

Here's what we were working with: a two-story home with vinyl siding that had gone dull and streaky from top to bottom. The difference between dirty siding and clean siding isn't just cosmetic - that buildup holds moisture against the surface and can cause real damage over time if it's left to sit. A proper house washing clears all of that off without hammering the siding with high pressure.

The concrete work is what really ties the whole job together. The exposed aggregate walkway running up to the front entry was packed with embedded dirt and organic debris. Once we finished the concrete cleaning, the natural stone texture of that aggregate came back clearly - it's a completely different look. Clean concrete just reads as well-maintained, and that matters for curb appeal.

We run dedicated equipment on every job - it's not a truck-bed pressure washer and a garden hose. The right setup lets us cover a property like this efficiently and consistently, without streaking or missing sections. From the siding down to the sidewalk, everything gets the same level of attention.

A lot of homeowners in the Short Pump area are surprised at how much of a difference a single cleaning visit makes. No paint, no repairs - just getting the surface back to what it actually looks like when it's clean.
