Those green streaks running down white siding are one of the most common things we see. They sneak up on you - a little algae here, a little buildup there - and before you know it the whole side of the house looks dingy. That's exactly what we were working with here.

The side gable wall had pretty significant green staining running down from the roofline. That kind of streaking is almost always algae or mold working its way into the siding surface. It doesn't just look bad - left alone, it holds moisture against the siding and can cause real problems over time.

We used a soft wash approach on this one. That means low pressure combined with the right cleaning solution to actually kill the organic growth at the source, not just blast it around. High pressure alone won't cut it on vinyl siding - it can force water behind the panels and damage the surface. Soft washing does the job right.

The result speaks for itself. That same wall went from streaked and stained to bright white and clean across the full surface. The brick foundation, the trim, all of it looking sharp again. No streaking left behind, no residue - just clean siding the way it should look.

House washing is one of those things that has an immediate, obvious impact on how a home presents itself. Whether you're thinking about curb appeal, protecting your siding long-term, or just tired of looking at green stains every time you pull into the driveway - a professional house wash makes a noticeable difference.
