Full Property Wash - Roof, Siding, Trex Deck, Barn and Brick Walls

This one had a lot of ground to cover. We're talking a large two-story home with a wrap-around porch, a detached barn, a Trex deck off the back, and a curved brick entrance wall at the driveway. Each surface needed a different approach, and that's exactly where experience matters.

The house and barn siding got a full soft wash treatment. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to break down algae, mildew, and grime at the surface level - without forcing water behind siding or damaging anything. It's the right call on any painted or vinyl surface, and it shows in the results. The white siding came out clean and even, no streaking, no missed spots.

The Trex deck was handled with the same care. Composite decking is low-maintenance, but it still picks up dirt, pollen, and organic buildup over time. A proper cleaning keeps the surface looking sharp and extends the life of the material. Same goes for the roof - algae and black streaking aren't just an eyesore, they actually break down shingles over time. Soft washing the roof removes that growth without a single shingle out of place.

Then there's the brick entrance wall. Brick is porous, which means it holds onto dirt and biological growth fast. After cleaning, that curved wall looks the way it should - deep red brick, clean mortar lines, no dark staining pulling the eye away from it. Details like that are easy to overlook, but they're the first thing people see when they pull up to a property.
