When a property needs to be market-ready, there's no room for half measures. Every surface that a buyer sees - from the front of the house all the way back to the pool area - has to look sharp. That's exactly what this Maidens job called for, and we treated every inch of it like it mattered. Because it does.
We started with a full house wash on this classic two-story home. The white siding came out clean and bright, the porch deck got scrubbed down from end to end, and the covered ceiling overhead was taken care of too. Soft washing on the siding keeps the surface safe while still pulling out all the built-up grime, algae, and oxidation that dulls the look of a home over time.
Out back, the pool deck was the big focus. Concrete that surrounds a pool takes a beating - algae, mildew, and general surface buildup make it look far worse than it actually is. The before and after on that walkway leading to the pool gate tells the whole story. Dark, stained concrete goes to clean, uniform concrete. That's the kind of result that stops buyers in their tracks.
We also hit the brick retaining walls and stairs out front, the stone walkway leading up to the entrance, and even the shed roofs on the outbuildings. Nothing was skipped. When you're prepping a property to sell, every detail adds up - and dirty exterior surfaces are one of the first things buyers notice, whether they realize it or not.
Getting a property ready to list doesn't have to be complicated. A thorough exterior cleaning covers a lot of ground fast and makes the whole place look well-cared-for. That's the kind of first impression that holds real value.
