This Richmond property had a lot going on - house siding, a detached garage, sidewalks, a covered porch, a deck, and a stained wood ceiling overhead. Each surface needed a different approach. That's not something you can just blast with a pressure washer and call it done.
The siding and garage got a thorough soft wash to pull dirt and grime off without damaging the finish. White board-and-batten looks sharp when it's clean - and it shows every bit of buildup when it's not. Getting it back to that crisp, bright white is the whole point of house washing done right.
The wood ceiling on the covered porch was the most detail-oriented part of the job. Stained wood can't handle high pressure - it strips the finish and raises the grain. So we hand washed it carefully to get it clean without touching the stain. That's the kind of thing a lot of crews skip or rush through. We don't.
The sidewalks and porch area got surface cleaned as well. Fresh concrete goes a long way toward making the whole exterior feel pulled together. When every surface is cleaned with the same level of care - from the roofline down to the walkway - the result just hits differently.
Every job we take on gets this same level of attention, no matter the size. Going above and beyond isn't a tagline for us - it's just how we work.
